1 Week ’til Close…

The house buying process is going pretty smoothly here, as we’re set to close next Thursday. We’re both ready to get out of the crummy 3rd floor apartment. Here is a picture of the new house, as promised:

Update: It’s a 1966 sqft. home located in northwest Raleigh. It was built in 2004 by Centex.

    Very nice house man, I like it alot. Whats the green stuff in the front yard? And are you sure that it will be ok without stucco?

    Thanks Gwansho. Yes, that is why I put the disclaimer on there. :) Hopefully I’ll be playing Halo soon…I really miss it.

    Thanks Rich! I believe the green stuff is called “grass” or something…I have a hard time remembering such a funny word. These southerners sure do have wierd names for things. As far as the stucco..I’m a bit worried…
